Just recently found out I'm pregnant, so this is a perfect giveaway! I really like the Moby Wrap in Pacific- such a great "gender neutral" colour! The Girasol wraps look great too.

ReplyDeleteI can't decide what I love most. I adore the Sakura Bloom ring slings-all of them! I think the Cara Cara Girasol wrap is gorgeous and looks so comfy cozy. The more practical choice for me is the Ergo Sport in red. This would be great for doing farm and garden chores. This shop is pretty great!
ReplyDeleteOh boy, I love all the wraps. My fave is the didymos and girasol. I have never used a woven, but since I am 38 weeks pregnant I would love to get the chance. I also really love my moby just because it gives me the chance to wear my baby (with limited funds) My 2 year old spent her first 25 lbs in the Moby!!

ReplyDeleteJust went on for a wee peek. Looks like an amazing store and something I'd love to see, hell, start myself, here in Glasgow. There is certainly the demand for it and it just looks like a great space to bring women and men and babies together and share experiences of baby-wearing and all that cool /great stuff. In terms of what I would like from the shop, I am not kidding if I say I almost spat out my freshly brewed cup of cha when I saw the Girason Charcoal Ikat for pre-order. ReplyDeleteI just recently bought the bpa-free breast milk freezing trays and they have made the whole pumping and storing experience so easy for me. My little one has also been wearing the baltic amber teething necklace (a little early because she's only 3 mos.) and it looks so beautiful on her

ReplyDeleteWow, I wasn't expecting so many items in addition to baby carriers. I'd have to say my favorite thing, aside from a baby carrier, are the amber teething necklaces. My little one has had one since five months of age and wore it until recently when I think it was accidentally tossed in the trash. :-/ It definitely made a significant different in minimizing teething discomfort.

my favorite 'item' at MetroMinis is ... the staff! Seriously, WONDERFUL at helping / advising / not pushy and just lovely people. And the items for sale are great -- I usually find what I'm looking for a few more things, too :) one of the only "brick-and-mortar" places I know that carry the amber necklace -- a favorite new baby gift.
