Have you been enjoying following along with the adventures detailed in The Sling Diaries? I cannot believe how quickly the six-month project has been flying by. The participants are currently on their fifth out of six monthly themes, and the beauty, fun, adventure, and love that their entries have documented thus far has been so rewarding to witness.
Does babywearing have a special place in your heart and life? Would you like to be considered as a participant in a future iteration of The Sling Diaries? If so, drop me a line -- I would love to hear from you!
Thanks, and be sure not to miss the upcoming posts, unfolding over the next several weeks. You can follow along on FB and Pinterest.

ReplyDeleteI would love to participate! I'm in love with babywearing and it's the only way I take my son around.
ReplyDeleteI'm not on pinterest....would that matter? I should probably get an account anyway. haha

ReplyDeletei'm wearing my third baby now. i have loved wearing each of my kids and am interested in any upcoming projects you may have.
ReplyDeleteeeeee! so happy you guys are doing another round! i'm keeping my fingers crossed!
ReplyDeletei'd love to be involved with a baby-wearing project! my sakura bloom sling has been the number #1 way i get my little biscuit to sleep and to comfort when we travel and it's the only way we bop around town together. documenting the precious moments we have together would be such a privilege; i've grown to anticipate when new pictures will be posted on pinterest and have visited several of the sites to see more details. i also plan on continuing to wear her as she grows (she's now 6 months) and with any future kids we have.
ReplyDeleteoh yes! this would be awesome!! i have a 2.5 year old and a 10 month old and would be happy to participate. i love my kids and babywearing is my passion. <3
ReplyDeleteI would love to be involved! I didn't discover babywearing until my 3rd baby, and I'm IN LOVE! I wish I would have discovered it earlier! Baby girl is 4 months old and she loves her Sakura Bloom ring sling! We go everywhere in it! :)

oh, i love that you continue to do this! it was something that i loved following along with while i was pregnant and now- participating has been soooo fun! :) i'm excited to see who comes along for this next installment.
ReplyDeleteI have loved all of the sling diaries you have done over the past couple of years! We have worn our son, who is now 2, since he was a wee little thing. From hiking to beach combing, to mowing the grass and cooking dinner, from dancing to grocery shopping, to riding bikes in the islands and picking the fruit from our trees...we have found so much joy and liberation in including him in our everyday activities and to our far away adventures. He still loves riding on our backs and seeing the world from where we see it :) We would love to included as our toddler still pals along in our slings! Regardless, love love love these series and can't wait to see what's next!
ReplyDeleteI would LOVE to be in this I have worn both of my boys, and still do on an almost daily basis with my one year old it's one of my absolute favorite things and I would love to participate!

Oooh, I would love to join! Baby #3 is due October 11 and I LOOOOOVE babywearing! I've been swooning over the Sling Diary entries so far. To be a participant this time would be a dream!
ReplyDeleteI guess you probably have enough people now, but I'd love to take part. My little one is now a hefty 18mo, but she still lets me carry her :-) My favourite sling is my bright pink linen ring sling, but we also have an Ergo for longer trips & hikes in the woods. I've loved reading the Sling Diaries and it would be amazing to be part of it!
ReplyDeleteI just recently heard about baby wearing and will be doing it with my baby when I have her in November. I would be interested in being a part of your project.
ReplyDeleteWe still do a lot of babywearing at 18 months, and I would definitely be interested!
ReplyDeleteJust heard about your blog and The Sling Diaries via Babywearing International DC-MD-VA! I'm enjoying the Sling-ers' blogs as I walk my four-month-old to sleep... I wear her in a wrap as I pace the length of the house, avoiding Legos and shoes abandoned by the older two children. I'd love to be involved in another Babywearing Project.
ReplyDeleteTried the link to contact and it was a broken link for me for some reason. Would love to be in the babywearing project. I currently use a Sakura Bloom sling with my almost six month old son. And he comes to work with me at the WIC office I work at. It is a life saver. My two year old also likes to sit in the sling, and my husband and I are expecting our third baby, so this would be so fun to document how much babywearing does help out!
ReplyDeleteI have loved this series and would love to contribute to it in the future!

I would love to contribute. I am wearing my second baby now. We have used tons of different carriers, and have finally settled on Sakura Bloom and the Action Baby Carrier as the best for us, let me know if I can contribute in anyway :)

How exciting would love to participate if its not to late.
ReplyDeleteI would love to get in on this! I'm about to start wearing my lil' lady bean in a Sakura Bloom! The lovely Mary Catherine sold me on it. :)
ReplyDeleteWhat an awesome idea for a project! I wear my 7 month old all the time in my Pure Linen Sakura Bloom ring sling. In fact, we just took a trip into Chicago and I wore him on the "L", at Willis Tower (Sears Tower), etc. It was so much easier to get around as compared to using a stroller!
ReplyDeleteHere is a link to a picture of me wearing my son from the top of Willis Tower -> http://www.adventuresasasmalltownmom.com/2012/09/newest-fans-of-giordanos-pizza.html
It would be so much fun to be involved in your next Sling Diaries project.
