A day that included (but was not limited to):
a trip to the ABC Carpet and Home outlet,
lunch and light shopping at IKEA,
a stroll along the entire length of the High Line,
delicious food at Sakura Hana,
the acquisition of a cookie monster hat,
and
a glimpse of the suddenly faraway island, cloaked in fog.
"It looks like another world!" came an observation from the back seat...
Indeed.
