beautiful brunch

Hazel and I had the most delicious Saturday morning, hanging out with some of our favorite ladies at Karen Mordechai's beautiful new Sunday Suppers studio in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The occasion was a brunch in celebration of mothers and daughters, hosted by Joanna and Pinhole Press. The food and drink were incredible, the company divine, and the atmosphere and view breathtaking.  As soon as she woke up and I took her out of the sling, Hazel pretty much had the time of her life getting passed around the table from one cooing mama to the next.  The fun continued when I got home and unpacked my swag bag, which included fabulous paper goods from Pinhole Press (have you seen their Mother's Day gift ideas?  So elegant and affordable), Tattly Tattoos, and homemade Nutella, YUM!

Photos by Jamie Beck.  See more of the event over on her blog, From Me To You.  Also check out Joanna's full post, complete with tons of photos and recipes for everything we ate, as well as Karen's epic post with even more amazing pics ;)

  3. I just found your blog from Cup of Jo. I have always wanted to name my baby girl (if I ever am blessed with one) Hazel after my great-grandmother. I think it is such a beautiful name for a beautiful little girl. Congratulations!
