looking for a home

LIFESIZEMadeline
This is a sculpture I created years ago (2005, I believe?) which a friend of mine now owns. My friend recently moved and no longer has space for the piece, so he is looking to sell it. If you are interested in providing a home for this artwork, please let me know!

She's rather tall, as you can see in the photo below, taken in my old studio when I was still working on her:

If you are interested, I would be happy to send you more details, including specific dimensions. She is made of industrial wire fencing and rebar tie-wire, and is painted black. You can read more about my Wire Couture collection on my portfolio website, here. Thanks!

  3. Wow Leigh, that is an amazing work of art! I had no idea you did sculptures. I'm so impressed. I wish I lived closer so I could take it, but I imagine shipping to Seattle would be pretty hefty. Hope you find a good home for her, she's a beauty!

  11. Oh how I wish I had the space for this. Sadly we live in one bedroom underneath Errol's parents and have no space for our clothes even. Though. Priorities should be rearranged. Who has no space for art in their life? This is simply stunning Leigh and I would be proud to have something like this in my home. Especially crafted by you!
